We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be in brand-new condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains, deodorant marks, fragrances, pet hair, and damage. Original tags and packaging must be included. Items that fail to meet these standards may not be eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email servicehub@kamakelsen.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return. Photographs may be required to verify condition. Once approved, our team will provide instructions for returning the item. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including intimate apparel and accessories if applicable. Sale and clearance items may be final sale unless otherwise stated. Always check the product page for return eligibility before purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent. To ensure safe delivery, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Kamakelsen is not responsible for lost return packages. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing times vary by bank or payment platform.

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the item you request is out of stock, we may offer store credit or refund instead. Store credits, where offered, will be issued in digital format for use on future purchases at kamakelsen.com.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at servicehub@kamakelsen.com. Please provide photos and a description of the issue. We will work quickly to correct the problem — either by replacing the item or providing a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse. This policy is in place to protect the quality of our products and ensure fairness for all customers. Excessive or repeated return patterns may be monitored to prevent misuse of the return system.
